Nascent Lines Architects

Our office is located at number 154 in the Sappers Lines area. We are in Balamrai, which is very close to the Gitanjali Devshala School. You can usually hear the children playing outside during their break times. Nascent Lines Architects is the name we have on the door. It is not a huge firm with dozens of people running around. It is a smaller, quiet space where we do all our drawings and planning. The desks are almost always covered in layers of papers and old blueprints. We have some computers for the heavy work, but there are always pencils and long rulers lying around too. Balamrai is a nice, steady place to work from. It is relatively quiet except for the school bells nearby. We have been at this address for a good while now. The building is an older style, but we have fixed it up to work for what we need. We spend a lot of our time looking at designs and talking about how different things should be built. It involves a lot of thinking and sketching. Sometimes we have to go out to the actual building sites, but mostly you can find us right here at No. 154. We do not have a big lobby with a receptionist to greet people. Usually, if the bell rings, one of us just gets up from the desk to answer it. It is a relaxed atmosphere here and we just focus on the drawings.
