Deepika Architects

Deepika Architects is located on the third floor, specifically in 303Icici Prudential Bank Building. It’s a busy building with a lot of people coming and going. We have our little corner where we focus on architectural designs. We’ve been here for a while, and the view from the window isn't much, but it’s a good place to work. We spend our days mostly on the computer or sketching out ideas for new builds. It’s not always easy work, and sometimes we have to redraw things five times before they look right. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. It’s a very straightforward operation. We just like to get into the details of a project. People come to us when they have a piece of land and a rough idea of what they want to build. We help them put those ideas onto paper so the builders know what to do. It’s a lot of talking and listening. We try to keep our English simple and avoid all that technical talk that just confuses everyone. Being in the bank building makes us easy to find, which is nice. We aren't looking to become some huge company. We just want to keep doing our work here in the office and making sure our clients get a plan that actually works for them. Most days we eat lunch together while we discuss our latest drawings and upcoming site visits.
