Architect In Smr Developers

Our office is located at H. No: 10-5-675Tukaramgatenorth Lallaguda. It's part of the SMR Developers setup. If you know the Tukaramgate area, you know it gets a bit busy around here. We work out of this house-turned-office space. It’s a bit cramped with all the desks and computers we have squeezed in. There’s usually a pot of tea going somewhere in the back. We spend our days looking at site plans and trying to figure out how to make things work for the projects SMR Developers is handling. It’s not a fancy glass building, just a regular place in Lallaguda where we get the job done. Sometimes the noise from the street gets a bit loud, but we’re used to it by now. We have stacks of files that need sorting and drawings that are waiting to be checked. It’s a lot of back and forth between the office and the sites. We don't really have a big reception area or anything like that. You just walk in and someone is probably on the phone or deep into a drawing. We’ve been at this address for a bit and people in the colony know us as the architect folks. It’s a practical workspace, nothing more. We just focus on the drawings and making sure the measurements are right on the paper before anything gets built.
