Sp Architectural Services

We run Sp Architectural Services out of a small shop in Bowenpally. The address is Shop No 8-2-83 in Sri Sai Enclave. If you go behind the Central Excise Office, you will find us easily enough. It is a quiet enough area for doing drawings and focusing on plans. We have been here in Hyderabad for quite a while now. It is just a few of us working on various building projects. We do not have a big corporate setup. The shop is filled with rolls of paper, pens, and a couple of computers that have seen better days. We do architectural work for regular people who want to build a house or fix up their old place. Bowenpally is a nice area because it is not as chaotic as the center of the city, but it is still close enough to get everywhere. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking on how the walls are going up. Sometimes we have to draw things twice because people change their minds, but that is just part of the job. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in the city. We just like doing our work and seeing the buildings get finished. It is a good feeling when a plan finally becomes a real house that someone can live in.
