We are based over at 1-36/1/12/1/67, Padmaja Nagar, in the Vemana Colony area of Chanda Nagar. It is a bit of a long address to write down on envelopes, but it is where we spend all our time. Hyderabad is a busy place and Chanda Nagar is no different with all the new buildings coming up. At Sevent Hill Realty, we basically spend our days talking to folks and looking at properties. Sometimes we are out in the sun for hours showing someone a piece of land or a new flat. It gets quite hot here, especially in the afternoons, so we usually try to get the outdoor stuff done early. Our office is just a regular room with some chairs and a table where we keep all the maps and documents. It’s not very fancy, but it does the job for us. We deal with a lot of local people and some from other parts of the city too. Real estate can be a lot of talking and waiting for things to get signed. We just try to be honest about what we see. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that, it's just us answering the phones and meeting people at the gate. Dealing with the traffic in Padmaja Nagar can be a headache sometimes, but we are used to it by now. It is just part of working here. We just try to help people find a place that works for them without any fuss.
