We've been at 406 Srivihar Apart for a while now. It’s a busy spot right on Balkampet Road in Ameerpet. Dealing with property stuff in Hyderabad keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the paperwork spread across the desks, but that's just how it goes when things are moving. People stop by all the time asking about flats or plots. It’s mostly just me and a couple of others here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out looking at sites. The traffic around Ameerpet is usually pretty bad, so we try to get most things done before the evening rush hits. It isn’t fancy, just a regular office where we handle the day-to-day estate business. Some days are slow, other days we can't even find time to drink tea. We know the local area quite well since we spend so much time walking around these streets. It's just a small setup, nothing too big. If someone needs help with a lease or buying something, they usually just walk in and we see what we can do. We don't have a big team or anything, just some local folks trying to keep the business running. It's practical work. Most people who come here are from the neighborhood or heard about us from someone else. We just stick to what we know and try to get the documents sorted out without too much fuss. That's how we've always done things here.
