Lead N Deal

Lead N Deal operates from Huda Colony in Chandanagar. The area is growing quite a lot lately with new buildings going up all around us. We have a small office that stays pretty busy during the week. There is usually a lot of talking on the phones and people coming in to discuss different things. It can get a little disorganized when we have several things going on at once but we usually manage to stay on top of it. The furniture is just basic stuff we picked up over the years and the carpet has a few stains from spilled tea. We don't spend much time worrying about how the place looks because we are mostly focused on the work itself. Being in Chandanagar means we get a mix of different people stopping by. Sometimes the internet is slow and that can be frustrating when we are trying to get things done quickly. We take our lunch breaks together when we can and usually just get something from one of the nearby stalls. It’s a decent place to work and the atmosphere is pretty relaxed most of the time. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees just a small group trying to make a living. Most of our days are spent negotiating or looking into new opportunities for the business. It’s a lot of back and forth but that is just how this kind of work goes. We keep things simple and try to be fair with everyone who walks through the door.
