We've got our setup here in Secunderabad, specifically in Jeedimetla Village. It’s located inside Meenakshi Estates at Plot No. C/03, specifically Room No. 4. It isn't a huge office, just a small room where we handle our daily business for Knight Frank India Pvt.Ltd. The village area has changed a lot over the years, getting busier every day. We usually start early before the sun gets too high. There is always someone coming in or out with files. We don’t have any fancy receptionists or anything, just us working away. The estate itself is quite a landmark for people around here. Sometimes it’s hard to find the exact room if you aren’t looking closely at the numbers. We’ve been here a while now, so we know the local shops and where to get the best snacks. It’s a practical place to be based. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for what we need. We handle property and consultancy work from this little corner. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails. We don’t really bother with big corporate talk. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized. If you’re ever walking through the estate, you’ll probably see our sign. It’s a bit dusty because of the road, but it’s there. We like it here in Secunderabad; it feels like home to us.
