August Realty-Gated Community

We are based in Hyderabad, specifically over in K.P.H.B. Colony. Our office is at Annapurna Towers, Phase-6, which is Plot No 505, Flat No 201. Being in Kukatpally, things are always moving fast around here. We work on the gated community side of things for August Realty. The office itself is just a regular flat turned into a workspace. It is where we keep all our maps, documents, and files. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting people who want to know about the properties. It can get a bit crowded when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. The colony is a busy place with lots of shops and people everywhere. We have been in this building for some time now, and we have gotten to know the other tenants. It is a very down-to-earth environment. We do not have a big corporate lobby with marble floors. It is just us in Flat 201, sitting at our desks and trying to keep everything organized. Sometimes the elevator in Annapurna Towers is slow, so we take the stairs. It is just those little everyday things that make up our work life. We focus on the details of the gated communities we manage. We do not try to sound like a big fancy firm. We are just a local team in Kukatpally doing the work that needs to be done every day. It is straightforward and keeps us busy.
