We are located over in Marredpally, right near the Mch building. If you are looking for Pratap Architects & Associates, that is where you will find us most days of the week. It is a busy part of Hyderabad, but we like being central. Our team is small and we don't have a big front desk or anything like that. Usually, there is just someone leaning over a drafting table or drinking tea while looking at a site plan. We deal with all sorts of building projects. Some are small renovations for neighbors and others are a bit more involved. It is a lot of measuring and re-measuring to be honest. We spend quite a bit of time dealing with the local municipal stuff since we are so close to the office anyway. It makes sense for us to be here. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just draw buildings and help people get them built. Sometimes the site visits take all morning because traffic in Hyderabad is what it is. We try to keep things simple and clear for everyone we work with. No one wants a complicated explanation when they just need to know where the plumbing goes. We’ve been around this area for a bit and know the streets well. It’s a decent place to work and we have been at it for several years now.
