I’ve been working out of Pearl Apartments in Begumpet for a while now. It’s a quiet spot, right at Flat 102 near Stair Case-4. People usually find us easily enough once they get into the complex. I handle architectural drawings and site plans mostly. It’s just me and a small team working on local projects around Hyderabad. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and talking to contractors. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the rolled-up papers and coffee mugs everywhere. Being in the Shamlal Buildings area is convenient because it's central. I grew up around here so I know how the buildings are put together in this part of town. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist, just a workspace where we get things done. If you're coming by, just look for Stair Case-4. We deal with residential stuff mostly, though every now and then a small commercial thing comes up. It’s steady work. The traffic in Begumpet can be a headache in the evenings, but we’re usually here until late anyway. I like the light in this office during the mornings. It’s a practical place for practical work. Nothing too flashy, just drafting and planning like it's supposed to be done. We’ve been at this address for some time and it feels like home. The walls are covered in old project photos and some sketches that never made it to the final stage. It's a bit dusty, but it works.
