You can find the Microsoft India Developement Centre at H. No. 7-161 in Gonnemmabasti. We are situated right on M. G. Road in Patancheru, which is in the Medak area of Hyderabad. It’s a bit of a distance from the main city hub, but we like it here. The address 502319 is where we do all our daily tasks. We don’t have a massive campus with gymnasiums or free snacks like you might hear about. Instead, we have a functional space where we sit and work on development projects. The road outside can get quite noisy with all the trucks and buses passing through Patancheru, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We are just a group of people who know how to handle technology. We don’t talk in jargon if we can help it. If something breaks, we fix it. If something needs to be built, we build it. It’s not about being the biggest or the most famous; it’s just about doing the job right so we can go home to our families at night. Sometimes we stay late when a project is being difficult, but that's just part of the deal. The building is older, but it serves its purpose well enough. We keep our desks cluttered with notes and diagrams because that’s how we think. It’s a bit messy, a bit loud, but it’s our place and we’re proud of the work we do.
