Aruna Bandaru

We have been operating out of 1-1-646 in the Gandhinagar area of Hyderabad for quite some time now. It is just me, Aruna Bandaru, running things from this small spot. The building is not anything special to look at, and the street outside is usually pretty crowded with people and scooters. I don’t have a big staff or a fancy front desk with a receptionist. Most days, I just sit at my old wooden desk and try to get through the pile of work that has built up. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it doesn't really affect how things get done. I prefer it this way because it feels more like a real place and less like one of those cold offices in the big glass towers. People stop by sometimes just to ask for directions or to say hello. It is a very local vibe here. I handle the paperwork and the daily chores myself. Sometimes the ceiling fan makes a clicking noise that drives me a bit crazy, but I eventually stop noticing it. I don’t have any big speeches about what I do. I just come in every morning, drink my tea, and start working on whatever is most urgent. It is a simple life in Hyderabad. We just keep moving along and try to stay organized without making a big fuss about anything.
