You can find us in West Marredpally, over in Secunderabad. The office is at House Number 10-1-711. It’s a residential-feeling area, which makes the workday a bit more relaxed than if we were in the center of the city. Artha Net Support Center has been running from this spot for a while. We mainly deal with technical support and keeping systems running for our clients. It’s not a high-tech lab; it’s mostly just us with our headsets and a few servers humming in the corner. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea, and that’s usually where the best conversations happen. The street outside is fairly narrow, so parking is always a bit of a headache for anyone visiting. We like being in Marredpally because it feels like a real neighborhood. We know the guy who runs the store at the corner and the people living nearby. Our work involves a lot of sitting and typing, so we try to get out for a walk when the sun isn't too hot. There’s a lot of old trees around here, which is nice. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy stuff about us. We just focus on the tickets and the calls that come in every day. It’s a plain, honest way to make a living, and we’ve gotten quite comfortable in this old house-turned-office.
