We handle all the check-ins and check-outs ourselves. If a lightbulb goes out or a tap starts leaking, we are the ones who fix it. It is a local business and we live nearby, so we are always around. Kukatpally is a very busy part of the city, and being near the Sony Showroom means there is always a lot of traffic and people walking by. We don't do any big advertising or have a corporate mission. We just try to keep the rooms clean and make sure people have what they need for the night. Sometimes it gets a bit loud outside because of the main road, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We are real people running a real place.
