Our office is tucked away in New Vidyanagar Colony, which is part of the Neredmet area in Secunderabad. The address is 29-60, and it’s a fairly quiet neighborhood compared to the main city center. We spend our days at these desks, talking to people about their travel plans and trying to sort out resort bookings. It’s a lot of computer work and phone calls. We deal with holidays, but for us, it’s mostly just hard work making sure everything is lined up for the families who use our services. We try to keep things simple. If a system goes down, we fix it.
