We are located at Plot No 82 in Pulapalli Balaiah Nagar. It's right in the Old Shaifil Guda area of Secunderabad. People often get confused looking for the exact plot, but once you find the neighborhood, it is pretty straightforward. We've been in this part of AP for a good while. Rama Murthy’s family has roots here, and that is how we ended up at this specific spot. The building is older, but it serves its purpose for what we do. It’s not like those big modern hotels you see in the center of Hyderabad with all the flashy lights. We keep things much simpler. There is usually someone around the front area if you need anything. Secunderabad has its own pace, a bit different from the main city, and we like that. The 500 056 zip code area feels like a proper neighborhood. We spend our days managing the rooms and making sure the basic stuff is taken care of. There’s always a list of things to fix or tidy up, as is the case with any building. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone writing fancy scripts for us. It’s just us working out of this plot. Sometimes the traffic outside gets noisy, especially during peak hours. But inside, we just focus on the day-to-day tasks. It's a modest setup and we are okay with that. It works for us.
