Ista Hotel

Ista Hotel is actually run out of Flat G1 at H.No. 30-285/5/1/A on Plot No. 40/A. We are situated in Santoshima Nagar, which is part of Chandragiri Colony East in the Neredmet area of Secunderabad. It might sound like a lot of numbers for an address, but once you are in the neighborhood, it is easy enough to spot. We are on the ground floor, which makes it easier for people coming and going. The area is mostly residential, so it stays fairly quiet during the night. We've been here for a bit now, handling things as they come. The building is a standard block in 500 056. We don't have a big lobby or a concierge desk like the huge hotels downtown. It is more of a modest setup where we manage things. Sometimes the local kids play cricket in the street outside. We just keep our door open for the breeze when it isn't too dusty. It's a practical way to run things. We know the milkman and the postman by name. There is a small park a few blocks away where we sometimes sit. This place isn't about being fancy; it's just about having a spot in Neredmet where the work gets done. Most of our visitors are people who know the area well. It is a simple life here in Santoshima Nagar. We spend most of our time just looking after the place and making sure everything stays in order.
