We are located at Plot No. 11 in the Geetha Nagar Colony, not too far from As Rao Nagar in Hyderabad. The full name on the sign is Green Park College Of Hotel Management And Catering Technolo. Most days, the place is a bit of a mess with students running around in their uniforms and the smell of whatever they’re cooking in the back kitchens. It’s a lot of practical work, teaching people how to handle plates and manage a kitchen without burning anything. We’ve got classrooms and demo areas that always need cleaning up. It’s not a quiet library environment; there’s usually the sound of chopping or someone practicing their service skills. We spend a lot of our time just making sure the equipment works and the supplies are stocked for the next lesson. We’ve been in this part of Hyderabad for some time now. The building is a bit older and has its quirks, like the occasional leaky tap or a door that squeaks, but it serves its purpose. We don’t spend much time on fancy brochures. We’re more focused on whether the students can actually make a decent meal or run a front desk properly. It’s a busy life here in Geetha Nagar. We aren't a massive university, just a local spot where people come to learn a trade. Every year a new batch of kids comes in, and we start the whole process over again with the stoves and textbooks.
