King N Cardinal

We are based in the Jagruthi Residency building, specifically in Flat No 5D4. This is over in Eastmareddpally, Sec-Bad-26. Eastmareddpally is a bit different from the busier parts of Hyderabad; it has more of a residential feel with older trees and established houses. Jagruthi Residency is a standard apartment complex, and we’ve set up our King N Cardinal operations in one of the flats there. It’s not a commercial storefront or a big office park. When you come here, it feels like you’re walking into someone’s home because, well, that’s what the building was designed for. We use the space for our daily tasks, keeping the books, and managing the business. There’s a small lift that sometimes works and sometimes doesn't, so we often end up taking the stairs. The flat itself has enough room for our desks and the files we need to keep track of. It’s usually pretty quiet, which is nice for getting things done without too much distraction. We don't have a big sign on the main road, so people usually have to look for the building name first. It’s a very low-key way to run things. We like being in Sec-Bad because it feels a bit more grounded than the newer parts of town. There isn't any corporate polish here—just a regular flat where we do our work every day. We handle the paperwork, take the calls, and keep things moving. It’s just a simple, practical way for us to operate King N Cardinal.
