Indian Carfts

You can find Indian Carfts at number 126 on M.G. Road, right near Paradise Circle. It’s a very well-known part of the city, so there is always a lot of activity right outside our windows. The shop is called Gifts Land on the sign, which sometimes confuses people who are looking for the official company name. We have been here for a long time, watching the traffic at Paradise Circle grow heavier every year. Inside, we have a variety of craft items displayed on wooden shelves that have been here as long as the shop has. The floor is made of old tile that has some cracks in it, but we don't mind. It gives the place some character. We spend most of our time unpacking new items or helping people find something specific they saw in the window. M.G. Road is a great place to be because of all the foot traffic, though it can get quite loud with all the horns honking outside. We have a couple of old fans that help keep the air moving, which is necessary during the hotter months. We don't really do anything fancy with the display; we just put things where they fit. It’s a bit of a traditional shop style. Most of our customers are locals who have been coming to us for years. We just keep doing what we've always done right here in this spot.
