Green Channel Travel Services

You can find us at Door No. 1-1-130-144, which is right opposite the Clock Tower. We are tucked behind the ICICI Bank. Green Channel Travel Services has been running from this spot for quite a while now. It is a good location because everyone knows where the Clock Tower is. We help people with their travel plans, tickets, and things like that. The office is usually filled with papers, schedules, and brochures. It is not the most modern-looking place, but it is comfortable enough for us to work in. There are a few of us working here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking things on the computer for customers. The area outside is always buzzing with activity because of the bank and the main road. It gets quite loud during the rush hour with all the horns and people. Sometimes customers come in just to have a chat about where they want to go next. We don't have any big slogans or fancy uniforms. We just wear our regular clothes and try to get the bookings done right for everyone. It is a small operation. We take lunch breaks when we can, often grabbing something from the food stalls nearby. Being behind the bank makes it a little quieter than being right on the street, which is nice for when we need to concentrate. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but the Clock Tower is still there.
