Chetan Real Estate

Our office is at 15, Anand Nagar Colony, which is part of the West Marredpally area. Chetan Real Estate has been here for some time now. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood for the most part, which makes working here pretty pleasant. We don't have the loud noise of the main city roads hitting us all day. At number 15, we have a simple setup where we handle all our real estate business. Marredpally is a nice place to walk around, so we often step out for a break near the colony gates. The office itself is just a few rooms where we keep our maps and property documents. We don't use any high-tech gadgets, just some pens, paper, and a phone that rings more than you’d think. Sometimes neighbors from Anand Nagar Colony drop by just to chat about the local news. We try to keep the place tidy, but with all the files, it stays a bit cluttered. The light in the morning is really nice through the front window. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know the area well. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, talk to people who are looking for houses, and help them out with the paperwork. West Marredpally has a specific feel to it, and we like being part of that community. We’ll probably be at this same spot for many more years to come.
