Most people know the landmark, so finding us isn't too hard. We handle both the design side and the actual building part of projects. That means our office in 500062 is usually full of both architectural drawings and samples of construction materials like tiles or wood. It’s a bit of a mix. We spend half our time in front of monitors and the other half dealing with site issues or talking to laborers. Being in AS Rao Nagar is good because it’s a lively neighborhood with everything nearby. We aren't a big, fancy firm with a receptionist and coffee machines everywhere. It’s a working office through and through. There are blueprints rolled up in every corner and a lot of dust from the site visits we do on a daily basis. We try to be honest about how long things take and what they will cost. Construction is never as simple as it looks on paper. We just work through the problems as they arise. It’s a practical job for us. We like the dual nature of our work, seeing a design go from a sketch in Satya Dev Heavens to a real structure on the street. It takes a lot of effort, but we just keep at it every day. It’s what we do.
