Architecture & Civil Engineering Services

Our place is located at 1-1-230/13/3 in Vivak Nagar, Chikkadpally. We are right near the lane that leads to Chandana Brothers. The name on the board is Architecture & Civil Engineering Services, which is a bit of a mouthful, but it says what we do. We’ve been in this part of Hyderabad for years. Chikkadpally is a crowded, busy area, and we fit right in. The office is usually full of maps, sketches, and half-empty tea cups. We don’t have a fancy corporate setup with matching furniture. It’s more of a functional space where we can focus on the technical details of building and engineering. We deal with a lot of different people, from homeowners to small builders. Everyone has their own ideas, and we just try to put those ideas into something that actually works on the ground. It’s not always smooth sailing; there are always delays or changes to deal with. But that is just how the construction world is. We don't use big words to sound impressive. We’d rather just show you a drawing and explain how it’s going to be built. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby and know we’ve been here a long time. We just keep our heads down and get the drawings done. It’s what we know how to do best, without any extra fuss. It’s just hard work.
