Arc Planners Architect & Interiors

We are over at Pramela Towers in Brooke Bond Colony. It is room 405. Karkhana is a nice area, usually a bit quieter than the main city spots. We do architecture and interior design work. It’s a mix of drawing on the computer and going out to look at walls and tiles. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who like designing spaces. We spend a lot of time talking about where light comes in or how to fit a cupboard in a tight corner. People come to us when they want their new flat to look decent or if they are building from scratch. It’s a lot of back and forth. We don't have a glossy portfolio to show off; we just show people what we've done recently on our phones or laptops. Sometimes projects take longer because the labor doesn't show up, and we have to deal with that too. It’s part of the job. We aren't trying to win awards. We just want to make sure the house is comfortable to live in. The office is usually messy with samples of wood and paint charts scattered around. We drink a lot of tea while we work. It’s just a regular office where we try to get things right for the people who hire us. Every project is different because every family wants something different. We listen to what they need and then we try to make it work within the space they have.
