Syncnova Solutions Private Limited is based right here in Satara. You can find us over at Kesarkar Peth, specifically in the B-Wing of the Fort View building. Our setup is up on the second floor in S.F-12. It’s a decent spot with a view that reminds us where we are every day. Moving to a big city like Mumbai or Pune didn't appeal to us when we could just do our work from here. Satara has its own pace, and that suits us fine. Most of the team are locals who grew up around these parts. We do a lot of technical solution work, which involves plenty of troubleshooting and late nights. The office usually smells like coffee because that is the only way we keep going through the afternoon. It is not a very formal place. Most of us show up in jeans and just get to work. Figuring things out as we go hasn't always been easy, but we are still here. Being at address 100 in this building means we see the same faces every day. We try to keep our heads down and finish the tasks people hire us for. There are no fancy speeches in this office. We just want to do the work, get it done correctly, and then head home to our families. It is a straightforward way to run a business, and it seems to be working for us so far.
