Computer Operator

We are located over at 329, 2/B-1 in Kadriya Nagar. If you know the Karve Naka area on the East side of Karad, you’ve probably walked past us before. It’s a small place where I handle various computer tasks for people in the neighborhood. I’ve been here for a bit now, just managing the day-to-day work that comes in. Most of what I do involves sitting at the desk, typing up letters or helping someone fill out an online form that’s giving them trouble. It’s not a big corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a room with some basic equipment and a few chairs. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow in this part of town, but we manage to get things finished eventually. I like the routine of opening up the shutters in the morning and seeing who drops by. Most people are from the nearby houses or the shops around Kadriya Nagar. It can get a little loud outside with the bikes going past, but inside it’s mostly just the sound of the keyboard clicking. I don’t use any fancy software unless I really have to for a specific task. It’s just about getting the job done without too much fuss. I’ve lived in Karad for years, so I know most of the faces that come through the door. If you need something handled on a screen, this is where I’m at. I usually keep some snacks in the drawer for when the afternoons get long.
