Varad It Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Our office is at number 5 in the Shriprasad Khatavkar Colony in Shahupuri. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it is much quieter than being out on the main road. Varad It Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is just a small group of us working out of this space. We’ve got computers set up in most of the rooms, and there are cables running along the floor in a few places. We try to keep them tucked away, but it’s a bit of a mess. The colony is nice because we can hear the birds in the morning instead of just traffic. Sometimes a neighbor will stop by to ask for help with their home internet. We have a small kitchen where we make tea several times a day. The walls are decorated with a few old posters and some whiteboards that are covered in scribbles we can barely read anymore. We don’t have a big sign outside, just a small plate near the door. The commute is easy for most of us since we live nearby. In the afternoons, it can get a bit sleepy in the colony, so we usually take a quick walk to the corner shop. We aren't a big corporate firm with fancy uniforms. We just wear what’s comfortable and focus on the coding and the support work. It’s a steady pace here, and we like being part of the local community in Shahupuri. It feels more like a home than an office.
