Samruddhi Industries Limited

Down in Nigadi Village, right near the government school, you'll find our facility. We’re tucked away in Koregaon Taluka, and the sound of the kids playing during their lunch break is something we hear every single day. Samruddhi Industries Limited is a big name for what feels like a local family operation. We have folks from all over Satara District coming in to work here. The factory floor is where most of the action happens. It’s loud and busy, with a lot of heavy lifting and moving parts. We aren't big on corporate meetings or fancy presentations. Usually, if there’s a problem, we just stand around the machine and figure it out together. The floors get scuffed and the air is full of the smell of metal and grease, but that’s how a real shop should be. We’ve had some of the same workers since we first opened up, and they’re the ones who really know how everything runs. It gets pretty quiet in the evenings after everyone goes home to their families in the village. We take pride in the fact that we’re providing jobs right here instead of people having to move to the big cities. It’s not always easy, especially when parts are late or the power acts up, but we make it work somehow. It’s just a regular day-to-day business for us.
