Rsj Ecoconcepts (Opc) Private Limited is based out in Malkapur, which is in the Karad Taluka of Satara district. Our official address is care of Shri Sampatrao Ganpati Jadhav’s place. It’s a local setup in a very traditional part of Maharashtra. Living and working in Satara means things move at a slightly different speed than the big cities like Mumbai or Pune. We are focused on eco-concepts, which basically means we spend our time thinking about how to do things better for the environment. Most of us here grew up in the area, so we know the land and the people well. The office is really just a simple room with the essentials. We don't have fancy furniture or a big sign outside. It’s more of a family-feeling environment. We spend a lot of time discussing local issues and how our projects can fit into the community. Since it’s an OPC, it’s a small, tight-knit operation. We handle everything ourselves, from the accounts to the site visits. The road to Malkapur is familiar to all of us, and we often meet people at the local spots to talk business. It’s practical work. We don't use big words or complicated plans. We just look at what’s in front of us and try to make it work. It’s been a long journey setting this up in Satara.
