Qa Idea Llp

Our base is out of 393 Pawar & Sons in the Khandala area of Satara, specifically in Sangvi. Life moves at a different pace here compared to those big cities like Mumbai or Pune. Qa Idea Llp is just our small venture where we look at quality assurance and software testing. Instead of a massive glass building with a security guard at the gate, we work in a traditional setting. We still have all the tools we need to do our work properly though. Most of us grew up around here or moved for the quieter environment and the fresh air. We spend a lot of time checking software and making sure things work the way they should for the end users. It’s tedious sometimes, but someone has to do it. We don't use any fancy management techniques or corporate buzzwords. We just talk to each other and get the tasks finished. Sometimes we take a break to watch the weather or talk to the neighbors about how the crops are doing. It’s a very grounded way of working. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure the apps and programs we test don't break for the people using them. It's honest, slow-paced but steady work. We appreciate the people who trust us with their projects. It’s just us here, doing our best with what we have in a place we really like and call home.
