Konark Auto Spring Leaf

Rasulgarh Industrial Estate is a loud place. We are at B-21. You can hear the machines from the street. We work on spring leaves here. It’s heavy work and your hands get greasy pretty fast. I’ve been doing this for a long time. The workshop floor is concrete and stays cool even when it’s hot outside. We have stacks of metal parts everywhere. Sometimes it's hard to walk around without bumping into something. We start early because the heat gets bad in the afternoon. People bring their vehicles in, or they just need parts replaced. We don't have a fancy waiting room or anything like that. Usually, people just stand around and chat while we look at things. It’s a bit dusty in this part of town. The industrial estate has a lot of trucks coming and going all day. Sometimes we have to shout to be heard over the noise from the unit next door. They do some kind of metal cutting. It’s a tight-knit spot though. We know most of the guys in the other buildings. If we need a tool we don't have, someone nearby usually lets us borrow it. Konark Auto Spring Leaf isn't a big corporation. It’s just us and our tools. We make sure the parts are right and send them out. It’s honest work. The tea here is strong and cheap. That's about it for our little corner of Rasulgarh.
