Our place is N-19 in the Additional MIDC area. Speciality Urethane Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this unit for a good while. It’s an industrial area, so it’s mostly just warehouses and other plants around us. We work with urethane, which is what the name says. It's a messy job sometimes, but someone has to do it. The building itself is pretty plain. We haven't spent much time on decorations because the work happens in the back. Usually, you'll hear the sound of the mixers or the smell of materials being processed. We’re not a huge corporation with a lot of layers. If you call, you’ll probably just talk to whoever is closest to the phone. We try to keep things simple. The address isn't hard to find once you get into the MIDC. We’ve got our routine down. Morning starts early, we check what needs to be poured or molded, and then we get to it. It’s a small team here at Speciality Urethane Pvt. Ltd. We know each other well. Sometimes the weather makes the work a bit harder, especially when it’s hot, but we manage. There’s no big marketing team here. We just make the stuff and send it out to the people who ordered it. That’s really all there is to tell about our setup at N-19. We just focus on our day-to-day tasks and keep things moving.
