Our office is tucked away in Somwar Peth, specifically at Dhopate Wada, which has a bit of a history to it. Index Infotech has been operating out of Karad for some time now. It’s a different vibe here in Satara compared to the big cities like Mumbai or Pune. Things move a little slower, but we still keep ourselves busy. We occupy units 18 and 19. It’s not a shiny new skyscraper, but it’s a solid building that suits what we do just fine. Most of us grew up around here, so working in Karad feels right. We aren't trying to be the next global giant; we just want to do work for the people who need it. The morning routine usually starts with opening up the shutters and getting the systems warmed up. We have our regulars who drop by, and since everyone knows everyone in Somwar Peth, it feels more like a community than just a business district. Sometimes we sit out for a bit when the weather is nice. The office itself is functional. We’ve got our desks, our wires everywhere, and enough tea to keep the engine running through the long afternoons. It’s a practical workspace without any of that corporate fluff you see on the internet. We’re just local people doing tech work in a place we know well. It’s steady and honest work, and that’s plenty for us to focus on every day.
