Cronbot Software Private Limited

Our office is located in Satara, specifically in the Karanje area. We operate out of a space that belongs to Shashank Subhash Shah, at house number 283/1-2, Plot 28. Satara is a different pace than Mumbai or Pune, and we like that. It’s a bit more grounded. Cronbot Software isn’t a huge company with a fancy HR department. It’s just us, a small group of people who know each other well. We work in a simple room with basic desks and a couple of ceiling fans that keep the air moving on hot days. Most of the time, we’re just quietly working on software. There’s a lot of focus and not a lot of chatting once we get going. We don’t have a kitchen or a cafeteria; we usually just bring our own tiffins from home and eat together. It’s a very straightforward way of working. We aren't looking to be the next big thing on the news. We just want to provide for our families and do a good job on the tasks we’re given. The building is regular and doesn't stand out on the street, which suits us fine. We don't need a big sign to do what we do. People in the area know us, and that’s enough. It’s an honest living in a town we know well. We take pride in just being consistent and showing up every day.
