Pallavi Dvm Public School

If you go down Hathua Road in Jiyay, you will find Pallavi Dvm Public School. We are right there in the Jiyay post office area. The school has been part of this neighborhood for a good bit of time. It isn't a massive complex, but we have enough rooms for the different grades we teach. Most of the kids walk here from their homes nearby. You can hear them coming from a block away when school starts. The building is painted a simple color and we try to keep the walls looking okay. Inside, it's just regular classrooms with desks and chairs that have seen a lot of use over the years. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or shiny gadgets. It's just a place where teachers teach and students listen. Sometimes the road outside gets a bit muddy when it rains, which can be a mess. We just sweep it out and keep going. The staff here are just regular people who live in or around Jiyay. We know most of the parents by their first names. It’s a very local kind of setup. We don't have a big office or a reception desk with a fancy person waiting there. Usually, you just talk to whoever is available in the hallway. It’s a simple school doing simple work. We keep the registers updated and try to make sure everyone shows up on time. It is a long day for the staff, but it’s worth it to see the kids learning.
