Down at J-98 in the Kupwad Block of MIDC, you will find Samruddhi Inds. Ltd. We are based in the Sangli district, which is a big industrial hub, so there is always noise and movement around us. Our facility is a typical factory setup where we spend most of our hours managing the production lines. It is not the cleanest place in the world, as there is always some grease or metal shavings around, but that is just part of the industry. We have been operating here for a good number of years and have seen the area change quite a bit. The heat in Sangli can be tough in the summer, especially inside the shed, but we are used to it by now. We don't have a fancy reception area or a lot of office staff. Most of us are out on the floor making sure the machines are running like they should. It is a lot of hard work and long days, but it is what we do. We mostly deal with other businesses in the industrial area, so we don't get many walk-in customers. Every morning starts early with the sound of machines starting up. We try to stay organized, even if the office paperwork sometimes piles up on the desk. It is just a straightforward operation where we focus on manufacturing without any extra bells and whistles. There are no corporate slogans here, just people working hard.
