Tupari is a small place in Tal Palus, Sangli. You won't find many big office buildings here. We are just local people. It is very different from the cities. Things move a bit slower, which is fine by us. We are based right here in the village. Most of our day is spent dealing with things on the ground. It is practical work. We don't have a fancy address with a floor number or a suite. It is just the house and the workspace. Sangli district is known for many things, but we just focus on our small corner. We know our neighbors and they know us. It is the kind of place where you stop to talk to people on the street. We don't have a corporate strategy or anything like that. We just try to be honest and do what needs to be done. If something breaks, we fix it. If someone needs help, we help. It is basic. The air is better here than in Mumbai or Pune, that’s for sure. We use simple tools and work with what we have. Sometimes the internet is slow, but we manage. We aren't trying to grow into a massive company. We just want to stay local and keep doing what we know. It is a quiet life in Tupari, and we are happy with that.
