I Connect Broadband Support Services

We operate out of Siddhivinayak Landmark, which is a fairly well-known building in this area. Our day at I Connect Broadband Support Services is mostly filled with answering calls from people whose internet has stopped working or who are having some kind of trouble with their routers. It is a lot of troubleshooting and explaining technical things over the phone to people who are often frustrated. We have a small team of technicians who spend most of their time out on their bikes, going from one building to another to check on cables and fix connections. Inside the office, it is mostly just the sound of people talking on headsets and the clicking of computer mice. We do not have a fancy lobby or any decorative furniture. It is just a functional workspace with some desks, chairs, and a lot of wires running along the walls. Sometimes the calls all come in at once, especially after there has been a big storm or a power cut in the neighborhood, and things can get a bit frantic for an hour or two. We try to get to every customer as fast as we can, but there are only a few of us here. The building itself is fine, though the elevator is often slow when the offices are closing for the day. We just focus on our local area and try to keep everyone's connection as steady as possible.
