Jagdamba Factory

Jagdamba Factory is located at 24, Beramguda Main Road in Patancheru. If you pass by, you’ll probably hear the sound of work going on long before you see the sign. It’s an old building, but it’s sturdy and has served us well over the years. The floor is made of thick concrete that has been worn down in spots where the heavy machines sit. We keep a small office near the front where the phone rings more than it probably should. Most of our days are spent on the factory floor, making sure the machines are running and the parts are being moved correctly. It’s a dirty environment, and you’re bound to get some grease on your clothes by noon. Patancheru is full of places like ours, so we fit right in. We don't have any polished floors or air-conditioned lobbies here. We just have a break room with a table and a few mismatched chairs. The crew is a mix of older guys who have been here forever and a few younger ones learning the ropes. We don't talk much about things like missions or goals; we just focus on getting the work done before the shift ends. It can be exhausting when the weather is humid, but we keep each other going with a few jokes. It's just a regular factory doing its job every day.
