Parker Hannifin India Pvt Ltd. Our site is out in Patancheru, specifically Phase-IV of the IDA. It’s a big industrial zone in the Medak district. We have numbers 18-19 and 16A. It’s a large plot with a lot of heavy sheds. The sun out here is really intense. Everything feels hot to the touch by mid-afternoon. We have a lot of people working in shifts. It’s a busy place with trucks coming in and out all the time. The roads are a bit dusty. Inside the main building, it’s all about the assembly lines and the parts. There is a constant hum of machines. It’s not a quiet office environment. We have a canteen where everyone grabs lunch. The food is okay, nothing special. Most of us just want a quick meal so we can get back to it. We don't have much time for sitting around. The commute from the city is long, so we try to be efficient with our time. It’s a very practical place. No one is wearing suits here. We wear what’s comfortable for working on the floor. It’s a lot of moving parts and making sure everything is in the right place. We’ve been here for a while and the routine is pretty set. It’s just how we get things done every day. We don't have many visitors, just deliveries and pickups. It’s a straightforward way to work.
