Roctool Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is spread out across Plot No 8 and 9B/17 and 18, over by Sy No 29 39 40 and 41. It is a bit of a complicated address, but once you get here, it is just a regular engineering shop. We have a lot of heavy machinery and the floor is usually covered in metal shavings. We do not have a clean, white office space. Our walls are a bit stained and the posters are peeling, but the machines are well-oiled and they run well. We do not believe in spending money on decorations when we could buy better tools instead. Everyone here knows their way around a lathe or a drill press. We do not have a human resources department or a public relations firm. If there is a problem, we just talk it out over a cup of tea. We have been at this for a while and we do not plan on changing how we do things. We are not looking to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do decent work for the people who come to us. You can find us working through the week, and sometimes on Saturdays if the load is heavy. It is a practical way to run a business. We are Roctool Engineers Pvt. Ltd., and we just focus on the engineering part. The rest doesn't matter much.
