Snn Engineering Works

Snn Engineering Works is located at Plot No. B11/2, right across from the Manjeera Water Works in Patncheru. If you come by, you’ll hear the sound of welding and metal hitting metal. The shop is full of scrap pieces and iron rods. We do a lot of cutting and joining here. It’s a dusty place because of all the grinding we do on the steel. I don't have a fancy showroom. It’s just a workshop with high ceilings and some heavy machinery. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings that I have to sweep up every evening. Being near the water works makes it easy for people to find the plot. I’ve been working with metal for a long time, so my hands are always a bit rough. We take on all sorts of small jobs that the big companies won’t bother with. I don't use any fancy software for designs, just a pencil and a measuring tape. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for it to come back to finish a weld. It gets hot in the shed during the summer, but we just keep the fans going. It’s just basic engineering work, making things that stay together. No big slogans or promises, just the work we do at B11/2. We open up early and work until it’s too dark to see the lines on the metal. That’s how it goes every day here. We just focus on the heat and the metal and getting the pieces right.
