Ass Enterprises

Ass Enterprises is located at Plot 261 in Phase-III of the TSIIC Industrial Park over in Pashamylaram. It's out in the Patancheru area of Medak District. Being in an industrial park means we are right in the middle of where all the action is. Our main thing is manpower supply. Basically, we help find people for the various factories and units around here. It’s a lot of talking to people and keeping track of who is available for work. The office is pretty basic, just a place to sit and handle the registries and talk to the workers who come in. There’s always someone stopping by looking for a shift or asking about openings. Telangana is a busy state for industry, and Pashamylaram is a big part of that. We’ve seen the park grow quite a bit over the years. It’s not a glamorous job, but it is necessary for the local economy. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking over to nearby units to see what they need. The paperwork can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but we get through it. We don't use any fancy software or anything, just some old-fashioned lists and a good memory for faces and names. Most of the people we work with are locals from the district. We just try to keep everyone working and the factories running. It keeps us busy from dawn till dusk, but it's good to see people getting jobs.
