Smarco Industries Pvt. Ltd. is based out of 247, Ida in Pashamailaram, Phase - Iii. This is over in the Patancheru area of Sangareddy district. It is a bit of a drive out here but that is where the industrial zone is. The facility is large and mostly filled with machinery and storage racks. We spend our days dealing with production schedules and making sure the machines don't act up. The environment in Pashamailaram is very industrial, lots of big trucks and dust. We have a small office section but most of the action happens on the main floor. The staff here mostly comes from the nearby villages. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations or a shiny lobby. It is a place for hard work and getting things manufactured. Sometimes the rain makes the roads out here a bit of a mess, but we still make it in. We’ve been operating in Telangana for a while and have seen the area change as more factories moved in. The work is steady and we just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done. It is not a glamorous job, just a lot of logistics and keeping an eye on the output. We use simple tools and follow the same routine every week. It gets quiet in the evenings after the main shifts end and the trucks leave.
