Navaratna Alloy Castings

Our place is at Plot No. 4A/17 in Phase-I of the Ida in Patancheru. It is a busy industrial area, so there is always noise from trucks and other factories nearby. We deal with alloy castings, which is heavy work and gets quite hot inside the shed, especially during the summer months in the district. The machines are old but they still run, and we spend a lot of time maintaining them. We have been in this part of Patancheru for some time now. It is not a glamorous job, just honest labor with metals and molds. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside, but that is just how it is in an industrial estate. We start early before the sun gets too high. Most of the guys here live nearby or commute from the surrounding villages. There is a small tea stall at the corner of Phase-I where everyone gathers during breaks. We do not have much in the way of an office, mostly just the floor space for the castings and a small desk for the logs. Navaratna Alloy Castings is just a local place where we focus on getting the orders out on time. The floor is always covered in sand and bits of metal, and the smell of hot oil is something you just get used to after a week. It is a tough environment but it is what we know. We just keep our heads down and work.
