If you’re looking for Jsm Industries, we’re located at Plot No. 2 C/7 in IDA Phase 1. It’s a decent-sized workshop in a part of town that’s always buzzing with activity. We mostly handle industrial parts and basic manufacturing work. The place is filled with the sound of grinding and the occasional clatter of tools hitting the floor. We aren't the most organized bunch when it comes to the office side of things, but the workshop floor is where the real effort happens. There’s usually a thin layer of metal shavings near the machines, no matter how much we sweep. We have a couple of old fans that try their best to keep the air moving, but they don't do much on the really hot days. We don't have a big corporate philosophy or a mission statement on the wall. We just show up in the morning, check what needs to be finished, and get to it. Most of us have been working in IDA Phase 1 for a long time, so we know all the delivery drivers and the guys at the tea stall nearby. It’s a hard-working atmosphere without any of the fluff you see in bigger companies. We just focus on getting the parts out the door on time. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to spend half a day fixing them, but that’s just part of the life here.
