Our foundry, Sri Nara Cast Tech Private Limited, is located at Survey No. 620 Aa in Isnapur Village. We’re right in the Patancheru area, which is a busy place for industry. You might have seen our number, 08455-224757, on some of our old signs. We do casting work here. It’s hot, heavy, and there’s always the smell of molten metal in the air. We have a crew that’s been with us for a long time. They know how to handle the molds and the furnace without needing much direction. It’s not the kind of place where you wear a suit. We’re usually in oily clothes and safety boots. The village of Isnapur has grown a lot since we first set up shop. We have a small office tucked in the corner of the lot where the paperwork gets done. It’s usually piled high with invoices and delivery notes. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it’s quiet for hours. We focus on getting the pours right so the parts come out solid. When the furnace is running, you can feel the heat from the street. It’s a tough business, but we like the challenge of making things out of metal. We don't do much talking, just get the daily schedule finished and head home when the sun goes down. It's just how the casting life is for us. We keep the scrap metal piled neatly by the gate.
