Mishra Associates

We are located out in Burla, specifically in the area known as Atgolgunda near Pojagrutivihar. Our office is part of the MCL community, and we’ve been here for a good stretch of time. Being in the Sambalpur district means we deal with a lot of local projects and people from the surrounding towns. The address is a bit long to write out, but most folks around here know where Sarat Chandra Mishra’s place is. It’s a busy environment because of the university and the hospital nearby, so there is always a lot of movement on the streets. Inside the office, things are usually a bit cluttered with blueprints, files, and various project notes scattered across the tables. We don’t have a big corporate team; it’s just us working through the requirements and making sure the associations we handle are kept in order. The pin code is 768020 if you’re looking us up on a map, but it’s easier to just ask someone in the Burla area. We spend a lot of time coordinating with different departments and trying to keep everything moving forward without too many delays. It can be stressful when deadlines are approaching, but we’ve learned to manage the pace over the years. It’s a practical setup, meant for getting work done rather than showing off. We value being part of this community and seeing how the local area has changed while we’ve been working from this same spot.
